Drew Stein founded N41 in 2026 and is the Managing Partner. With more than 25 years of leadership experience across big data, advertising technology, performance media, and high-growth sales organizations, Mr. Stein is a proven entrepreneur and operator with a track record of building and scaling industry-defining businesses. Most recently, he founded and served as CEO of Audigent, which was acquired by Experian in December 2024. In recognition of his entrepreneurial leadership, he was named a 2025 Entrepreneur Of The Year by EY.

Over the course of his career, he has led multiple high-growth companies, earning recognition as a four-time Inc. 5000 CEO, three-time Deloitte Fast 500 CEO, and two-time Financial Times Fastest Growing CEO. Across multiple ventures, he has successfully driven two prior exits as CEO and COO and led a growth trajectory from startup stage to more than $200 million in annual revenue while maintaining industry-leading revenue per employee metrics.

A recognized innovator in media and technology, Drew has received more than 43 product, business, and technology innovation awards. Earlier in his career, he founded the Corporate Strategy & M&A group at Career Education Corporation and began his career in investment banking at Credit Suisse First Boston, where he focused on Industrials and Education Services.

Mr. Stein is a graduate of Northwestern University.

Myles Kleeger

Myles Kleeger

Myles Kleeger founded N41 in 2026, and is a founding Partner. He is a seasoned operating executive with a proven track record of scaling category-defining technology businesses. He was the founding Chief Revenue Officer of Braze in 2014 and later served as President beginning in January 2017, helping lead the company through its IPO on the NASDAQ in 2021 under the ticker BRZE.

During his tenure, he built Braze's global go-to-market organization and scaled revenue from near-zero to more than $700 million worldwide. He also helped expand the company to approximately 1,900 employees across 16 offices spanning five continents. Under his leadership, Braze earned multiple Inc. 5000 and Deloitte Fast 500 recognitions, along with more than six G2 awards and six NorthFace awards for customer excellence and growth.

Prior to Braze, he served as the founding SVP of Sales at Buddy Media, which was acquired by Salesforce in 2012. He later held leadership roles at Salesforce as VP of Strategic Sales and also served as Managing Director, Digital at Publicis Groupe.

He earned his B.A. from Duke University and his MBA from New York University Stern School of Business.

Michael Davidson

Investment banking, M&A financing, risk management & strategy

Michael Davidson joined N41 in 2026 as a founding Partner. With more than 25 years of leadership experience at UBS, he is a highly accomplished financial executive with deep expertise across investment banking, M&A financing, balance sheet management, risk oversight, and corporate strategy. Over the course of his career, he has held a series of senior leadership roles spanning both the banking and treasury functions of the firm.

Most recently, he served as Treasurer and Head of Asset Liability Management, overseeing the firm's balance sheet strategy, liquidity management, funding optimization, and capital planning initiatives. He also previously served as Global Head of Debt Capital Markets Investment Banking, where he advised clients on complex financing transactions and strategic capital solutions across global markets.

In addition to his debt capital markets leadership, he developed extensive expertise in M&A financing and structured solutions through his role as Head of Fixed Income Structuring. He also led major enterprise transformation initiatives as Head of Bank Modernization, helping drive strategic and operational evolution across the organization.

Throughout his tenure at UBS, he has been a member of both the Fixed Income and Investment Banking Management Committees and served as Chair of the Asset Liability Committee (ALCO), playing a central role in firmwide financial strategy, governance, and risk management.

He earned his B.A. from University of Pennsylvania.

Michael Odell

Michael Odell

Real estate investing & development, hotel & hospitality operations

Michael Odell joined N41 in 2026 as a founding partner. Michael is a senior real estate executive with a track record of leading large-scale investment and operating platforms. He currently serves as Executive Managing Director of Olshan Properties, where he oversees an investment platform comprising more than 23 million square feet of commercial, hotel, and multifamily properties across the United States.

In addition to managing the broader real estate portfolio, he oversees hospitality operations for six Hilton and Marriott branded hotels totaling more than 1,200 rooms. Over the course of his career, he has led more than $13 billion of real estate M&A and financing transactions, bringing deep expertise in acquisitions, structured finance, capital raising, and asset management.

Prior to joining Olshan Properties, he held roles at Barclays, Gramercy Capital Corp, and CIBC World Markets, where he focused on real estate investment banking and capital markets advisory.

He earned his B.A. from Cornell University and his MBA from New York University Stern School of Business.

Dev Pinto

Dev Pinto joined N41 in 2026, and is a founding partner. Dev is an experienced operator, investor, and finance executive with deep expertise across enterprise SaaS, travel technology, healthcare, fintech, and global business operations. He is the Co-Founder and former CFO of Open Destinations, a leading provider of B2B enterprise software solutions for the global travel industry. During his tenure, he helped scale the company's international operations to more than 700 employees worldwide, supporting rapid growth across multiple markets and business lines.

In 2025, Open Destinations was acquired by Insight Partners, marking a successful exit following years of operational and strategic expansion. Beyond his operating background, Dev is an active growth equity investor focused on travel technology, fintech, and healthcare businesses across the United States, United Kingdom, Europe, and India.

His experience spans finance, international scaling, operational strategy, and enterprise software, with a particular focus on helping founder-led companies navigate periods of accelerated growth and global expansion.

Dev holds degrees from Duke University, Imperial College London, and London Business School.
